Description
Sensor bins are stylish yet convenient. With just a wave of your hand, the lid will open automatically, making it the most hygienic way to throw your rubbish away.
The bin itself is steel, whilst the lid assembly has a lightweight plastic design with a painting silver coating to suit modern kitchens. These bins are supplied with an internal retaining collarthat keeps the bag secure and tidy, invisible externally. Just feed the bag up through the collar, fold over, then slot in place.
All appliances meet CE and RoHS standards.
Auto-Open
Sensor bins send out invisible pulses of light (infrared) that hit nearby objects.  If anything gets close enough to bounce this light back, the sensor is triggered and the lid opens.  This makes for effortless waste-disposal for cooking, when avoiding contact is both hygienic and convenient.
 
Auto-Close
Just as important as opening automatically, our bins close automatically, too.  If the sensor isn't activated for six seconds, the lid will come back down, keeping obnoxious odours where they belong.
  
Long Battery Life
Long battery-life is important with a product like this, and sensor bins don't disappoint.  If you stick to 4pcs of good-quality AA Alkaline battery, you'll get months and even years of use between replacements.  Of course, if you have playful children or curious pets, your mileage may vary!
